I Love My Bob Stroller! A Product I love!

July 15, 2017

I’ve had my fair share of baby products over the span of 9 years and 4 kids.

If you’re anything like me I’ve searched and researched and googled till my eyes were blue, baby product after baby product. There are so many options and so many reviews that it’s stressful deciding which one to buy, what color, what model, etc.

Let me make it easy for you when I say I LOVE MY BOB STROLLER!

We’ve had it for 8 years now. We’ve used it with all 4 of my children. That alone is a testament (if you know how rough & messy my kids are). Here are pictures that I took just yesterday (7/14/17).

It’s still in really good shape!

As you can see we have an older version but that’s because it’s lasted this long. It’s been to the beach, on trips, jogging, camping, on charity walks, etc.

If you’re contemplating on what jogging stroller you should get I high suggest you get the BOB stroller. It’s one of the best baby investments you’ll make.

It’s perfect if you’re an outdoors kind of person and still perfect even if you’re not.

PROS:

Can hold lots of items-As moms we all know the tons of things that we lug around everyday and everywhere we go. Let me tell you! The BOB can handle a lot of weight. I mean a lot. We took it to Disneyland. It was perfect there. My toddler could sit in it, my 5 year old sat by his feet AND it held a backpack loaded with things for a full day of fun.

Who says that the BOB is just for transporting children?! Yes, I have used it many times to transport heavy items (e.g Large tupperware containers full with glass vases, boxes full of books, etc.)

All terrain-Easy to push even at the beach, on grass, on dirt roads, etc.

Sturdy & durable-Considering all the places it can be used and all it’s purposes, the BOB is quite sturdy and durable. It can handle the weight, it can handle the distance, it can handle the weather. And most of all it can handle children.

Easy to push-The tires, front tire swivel and shocks make it really easy to push. I’ve pushed it through pot holes and on sandy beaches. I’m also able to push it and steer it with one hand whole holding a baby in the other.

Price-I know what you’re thinking. Shouldn’t the price be a con? Nope! If you think about it, spending that amount of money once will still be better than spending that money on 2-3 strollers over the same time span. Strollers are $100 and up. If you purchase one that isn’t made as well you may end up purchasing multiples and spending more money.

CONS:

Heavy-The BOB can be heavy for someone who isn’t able to lift heavy items. However, I am able to lift it into my pathfinder. With durability and sturdiness comes a little bit more weight. I for one am okay with the weight but I have heard from other mamas that the weight was one of the downsides.

Bulky– If you have a full car like mine that uses the 3rd row seating, you aren’t left with much trunk space. If have a van or a truck you’ll be perfectly fine. I have a 2009 Pathfinder and even when using the 3rd row the BOB is able to fit in the trunk.

Let’s be honest. How many baby products have you purchased that you could honestly say “I would purchase that again any day!”? I LOVE MY BOB STROLLER and would buy it again any day!

I love the color on the stroller! You are right it is better to buy one this nice than to get one that is cheaper. I have made that mistake countless times.
